Heritage Peruvian Arctic Ice

K-2 is a little used Alianza import with a Hemingway style fleece and fineness that we love. We bred our HERITAGE STUD FEMALE Alexis to K-2 and when he was declared sterile rebred her to one of his sons. When Ice Princess was found in the pasture running after her dam during a storm a month earlier than expected-and a whopping 19 lb at that!- we knew something was not quite right! After a blow dry and mom's rich milk she was fine and growing quickly to be a nice sized girl with beautiful fleece. Ice Princess' fleece is very bright with little medulation. Not unexpected as K-2 is in the top 1% of ARI EPD's for lack of medulation for 2013. She has fineness and a extremely consistent tiny crimp from her Hemingway/K-2 Alianza background, density from Caligula, with a soft hand and brightness that make her very desirable. She is an elegant statuesque female and very healthy Ice Princess produced the second heaviest female fleece in our herd in 2016- and her stats stayed relatively the same in 2014 and 2015. Her full brother Kilamanjaro(SOLD) has retained his fine fleece and beautiful crimp. This is definitely K-2's last offspring. Bred to Titan son PC Running Late! I think Arctic Ice is the best white Running Late male cria we have produced! Both times he has shown judges have commented on his fineness and amazing consistency of fleece character, micron, and staple length. Ice Princess is currently bred to Snowmass Lovers Legacy XX
